PENTART DECOUPAGE VARNISH AND GLUE, MATTE and Shiny

Water-based glue and varnish in one for decoupage technique that dries matte. Spreads easily and evenly.

Apply the varnish and glue to your surface, attach paper and then apply the varnish again on the top from your rice paper or napkin. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.

Available in shiny and matte.
